Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Bilingual Patient Services Specialist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining experience in the healthcare industry and has a passion for helping others.
The candidate must possess the knowledge and ability to use a computer and related technology efficiently.
Duties:
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as greeting patients, collecting payments, and managing patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and schedule necessary procedures or tests.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but we encourage those without experience to apply.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling systems such as eClinicalWorks is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay based on your level of experience.
