HVAC Dispatch Appointment Setter/CSR at Brown Heating and Cooling Palmetto, FL 34221
A local residential HVAC company is looking for a dispatcher and appointment setter.
Qualifications:
The applicant will need to have experience in the air conditioning field (or similar trade).
Be able to set maintenance and service calls/leads.
Have a clear and pleasant customer service voice and positive attitude.
Also must have a good understanding of computer usage, including but not limited to Microsoft, email, Windows systems.
Dispatching software used is called BottomlineExperience in this software is a plus, but not necessary as we can train to use it.
Experience in Permitting, Inspections, Financing, etc is also a plus, but cross-training is available Hours are 8-330, Monday through Friday.
Pay DOE.
