Pure Sports launched in 2016 and has quickly become a leader in the industry as a composite manufacturer specializing in designing softball bats and sporting goods equipment.
Specifically we are the only company that customizes the designs and paint schemes of bats.
Our customization of the bats along with the superior design technology in building performance bats has allowed us to grow our team with the expansion of our new facility in Palmetto, FL.
We pride ourselves in being an environment that is very family and team oriented where we all strive to be the best at what we do.
A successful associate will work as part of a small team to make composite bats and other projects the company brings in carbon fiber related.
Must be able to meet weekly assigned production goals and work independently.
All associates are trained in various manufacturing positions.
Job duties can include painting bats, multiple fabrication responsibilities such as hand fabrication of composite parts, tooling preparation and maintenance, cutting and trimming of various manufacturing materials, oven operation, and many more manufacturing processes.
All employees will start with a 90 Day Probationary Period.
Once successfully completed employees are eligible for any benefits the company offers.
Currently this includes paid vacation up to 2 weeks, product discounts and a compensation review at the 3 month and yearly work anniversaries.

Qualifications:
Competency/Position Requirements:
An associate will have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
, work in a fast paced team environment, be dependable, have a passion for learning and possess attention to detail.
All manufacturing employees must have a basic ability to use, or learn to use a computer to access electronic data & software.
Manual Dexterity:
You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces.
You must be quick and confident with your hands.
