So, let your light shine! Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation & Communications Coordinator to join our team and support our Hubspot automation initiatives.
As the Automation & Communications Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to handle the day-to-day task-based elements of Hubspot automation, allowing the team leader to focus on strategic elements.
You will collaborate closely with the team leader, marketing professionals, and other departments to execute and maintain effective automated workflows, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance within the Hubspot platform.
Your strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to streamlining our marketing and sales processes.
Essential Duties Execute and manage the task-based elements of Hubspot automation, following established workflows and guidelines.
Collaborate with the team leader to understand and prioritize automation objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Implement and monitor automated workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns, and dashboards based on predefined instructions.
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing automation assets, such as email templates, landing pages, and forms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling and engaging copy for automated email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Optimize copy for conversion and engagement, employing persuasive language, clear calls-to-action, and effective storytelling techniques.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate implementation of automation processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any errors or inconsistencies.
Assist in data management activities, including data cleansing, segmentation, and list management, to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Hubspot.
Generate regular reports on key automation metrics, campaign performance, and lead quality to support data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on Hubspot's latest features, enhancements, and best practices, and share relevant information with the team leader and other team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators and sales representatives, to integrate dynamic and personalized content into automated workflows.
Support the team leader in training and guiding team members on automation processes and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using Hubspot's automation tools, including creating workflows, email campaigns, and forms.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of inbound marketing principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with meticulous attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Qualifications and Experience Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and experience working with Hubspot's automation features.
Hubspot certifications (such as Hubspot Marketing Software Certification and Hubspot Automation Certification) are a plus.
