As an Office Support/ Freight Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed - Coordinate freight shipments both to customer and return freight - Update freight log as needed - Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficiency in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Knowledge of freight shipping is a plus If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
