Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Issue Resolution:
Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to confidently address customer questions, offer recommendations, and cross-sell or upsell when appropriate.
Communication:
Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting communication style to suit customer preferences and needs, while maintaining a patient and empathetic tone.
Record Keeping:
Document customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain a comprehensive record of customer interactions.
Feedback Loop:
Gather and relay customer feedback, preferences, and trends to relevant departments to contribute to product/service enhancements and overall business growth.
Customer Education:
Educate customers about self-service options, tools, and resources to empower them to independently resolve common issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience:
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information in an understandable and friendly manner.
Problem Solving:
Proven track record of effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
