We have a staff of over 40 plumbers and due to current growth we are looking to add qualified people to our team.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman for a variety of Commercial Projects.
The candidate must have a strong knowledge of reading blueprints and drawings to understand and facilitate the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
The candidate must be well organized, accurate, with a great deal of attention to detail.
The individual must have great communication skills with our general contractors and fellow employees.
The individual must have the strengths to manage crews and jobsite demands, while fulfilling project completion dates.
Skills Proven experience as a plumber Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Fluent in English We are offering to the right candidate:
