We are currently looking for:
Wall Builders, Returns Processors, Panel Assemblers and General Laborers.
Responsibilities:
(Depending on position) Assemble Gang Forms (Walls).
Repair and or replace plywood on Panels.
Perform basic repairs and maintenance on formwork equipment.
Inspect and clean formwork components.
Count and organize materials.
Organize and maintain the yard for efficient workflow.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Assist with inventory management and record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, formwork, or a related field preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
