IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
STARTING RATE: $16.50/HR
These position are entry level where employees will learn a variety of semi-skilled duties such as the LNG winding process, safe hand tool operation, layout and assembly skills, reading blueprints and shop diagrams, material handling and equipment operation, and basic welding, fitting, and layout principles.
All applicants hired into this new facility will be exposed to multiple craft skills including, but not limited to:
- Safe hand tool operation
- Layout and assembly skills
- Shop mathematics and blueprints
- Welding, fitting, and cutting skills
- Sheet metal equipment
- Material handling equipment
- Machining skills: Plasma Cutter, Press Break, Lathe, Saw, Mill
- Dye penetrant testing
- LNG tube winding operation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Associates degree in a technical field preferred
- Previous welding experience a plus
- Prior fabrication craft skills or manufacturing experience required
