Marketing Director
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans for the company. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the company and adjusts plans accordingly. Responsible for directing both internal and external communications through multiple channels. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing, Implementing and facilitating annual marketing strategies for the company by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
Supporting, facilitating development and execution of marketing plans
Planning and administering the marketing operations budget of the company
Negotiating and buying media in appropriate markets and channels
Designing, implementing and facilitating Internet and social media strategy for the company
Designing, implementing and facilitating internet marketing strategies for the company
Developing promotional materials, which include marketing print and collateral copies
Working with clinics to design and implement marketing in the practice and community outreach programs
Administer Patient Communication systems
Develop, implement and facilitate public relations
Skills and Specifications:
Detail oriented with the ability to oversee projects from origin through execution
Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Self-starter, entrepreneurial with hands on approach toward business
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in strategy
Experience developing new lead programs and monitoring results
Extensive market research experience
Dental or healthcare marketing experience preferred
Lead generation, call center and call tracking experience
Education and Qualifications:
Advanced degree in business or marketing
5+ years of managing marketing strategy
Working knowledge of digital and web related platforms
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office and other related applications
Reports to President / COO

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
