Job Discription
I. Locating and viewing plans online relative to our scope.
BlueBook Plan Room
I Sq Ft Planroom
ITB's
II. Developing take off's of plans:
Determining project scope by reviewing specifications
Reviewing Room Finish Schedule
Performing take off's using Bluebeam Estimating Software
III. Gather and build project information regarding project location geographically.
IV. Repair and or maintain grinding equipment, floor scrubbers, oil changes, etc.
V. Order in stock consumable materials for field use.
Pay Rate: $15 to $20 per hr
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
