Regional Practice Administrator Role:
The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) is responsible for the operation of multiple dental practices consisting of multiple services and/or specialists. The RPA will be responsible for creating a Customer Service Staff Culture within DDPG and will work closely with the Practice Administrators to create such an atmosphere. The successful individual will have experience in managing clinical and non-clinical staff: able to handle patient complaints/concerns in an urgent, effective manner producing satisfactory results: and experience building relationships with patients. Will be responsible for providing input regarding budgets, identify business trends, analyze data, able to prepare financial reports, handle complex customer service issues and maintain effective communication among staff. The RPA will identify opportunities to provide coaching, counseling and mentorship to Practice Administrators and staff and will be responsible for providing on-going operation support and accountability and maintain a strong relationship with staff, doctors and leadership teams. The successful individual will also support and implement delegated responsibilities as outlined and requested by the Regional Director of Operations to ensure planned and organizational objectives are fulfilled and measured on an on-going basis.
Job Requirements:
One year certificate from a college or technical school and/or 2 - 3 years of related experience and/or training: or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-unit dental office experience
Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of dental procedures and dentistry terminology is helpful
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and ability to learn internal dental office software - Dentrix and Sikka

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
