Insurance Auto Auctions is searching for a Sales Manager to join our organization.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities;
Facilitate a seamless transition of new business from their former salvage providers to IAA;
Provide customers with ESPS management reports;
Identify opportunities for process improvements;
Interpret, verify and present CSA (Comprehensive Salvage Analysis) reports for key customers;
Utilize internal and external contacts to identify both traditional and non-traditional suppliers;
Monitor customer service levels and market trends and communicate findings to management;
Advise management of opportunities to improve or expand the level of service offered to customers;
Work with Branch Personnel to improve their customer relationship building skills;
Coordinate resolution of customer issues/inquiries with operations and corporate staff;
Quarterly Action Plan and Progress Review By Designated Market;
Develop effective presentation and proposal materials;
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within current or potential customer's organizations;
Audit monthly reports prior to distribution;
Facilitate communication between branches/departments to achieve optimal levels of customer service.

Minimum of 2-3 years outside sales experience;
Strong presentation and relationship building skills;
Automotive, insurance and/or rental car industry experience a plus;
BA/BS preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
