Mechanical Ours has the DOHC 32 Valve NorthStar V8 engine that delivers 300 horsepower @ 6000 rpm and torque of 295 lb-ft @ 4400 rpm, that looks just as original as it did when in left the Cadillac factory back in 1998.
That engine is very strong and smooth with the 4-speed automatic with overdrive helps yield up to 28 MPG on the highway.
